No real patient data, clinical records, or protected health information is processed, stored, or transmitted by this application. All clinical notes, audit log entries, patient identifiers, and system metrics displayed within this prototype are entirely fictitious and have been created for demonstration purposes only. Any resemblance to real patients, clinicians, or clinical events is purely coincidental.
The AI-powered clinical data extraction feature uses the Anthropic Claude API to demonstrate natural language processing capabilities. Outputs generated by this feature are for illustrative purposes only and must not be used for any clinical decision-making, diagnosis, treatment planning, or patient care purposes. This tool does not constitute a medical device, clinical decision support system, or therapeutic goods under Australian law.
This application is not connected to any NSW Health systems, electronic medical records, pathology systems, or clinical infrastructure. It does not access, process, or store any data subject to the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW), the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW), or the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
